Due to the wide range of products on offer through Cook:Chill we do not operate a standard warranty across our products as we match those given by the individual manufactures. Warranties apply to all appliances/equipment sold (GB Mainland only) unless advertised otherwise. In many cases there is the option to purchase longer warranties, this is something you may wish to discuss with your Cook:Chill Team contact.
When arranging a repair, this typically takes place at your premises, however we may have to arrange for the unit to be taken to a workshop. Whatever the arrangements, we are committed to resolving the problem quickly and efficiently as possible. We understand that getting you back up and running as fast as possible is of paramount importance. All our engineers are fully qualified and trained to deliver high quality repairs on all our products.
